摘要
从实现医学实习生心理和谐的现实需要、加强医学生素质教育的必然需要以及促进社会和谐的长远需要三个方面阐述了开展实习生心理健康教育工作的必要性,提出管理和科研并举,提高管理科学化;危机预防干预与心理咨询并重,加强心理疏导的实效性;多渠道开展心理健康教育工作,实行心理健康教育人本化等策略。
The necessities of developing mental health education for interns were discussed in aspects of improving interns＇ mental health,promoting interns＇ quality and achieving social harmonious.Suggestions such as strengthening both management and research to improve scientific management,combining risk prevention and mental consultation to improve the effectiveness of mental consultation and developing all round mental health education were mentioned to promote interns＇s mental health.
