摘要
为实现玻璃原片的实时自动化检测,给浮法玻璃生产线上的优化切割系统和玻璃等级打标装置提供详实的数据,设计了一种基于SEED-Davinci_EVM开发板的玻璃缺陷实时检测系统,合理地分配和使用了ARM与DSP来完成各种功能,并采用基于图像灰度的识别算法设计了玻璃缺陷检测软件系统,实现了缺陷的实时自动化检测;实验结果表明,采用基于达芬奇技术的双核处理器有利于实时处理大量的图像数据,能满足自动化系统的检测要求。
To realize the automatic real time detection of raw glass and provide detail data for optimized cutting system on float glass assembly line and glass level marking device,a glass defect real time detecting system based on SEED-Davinci_EVM demo board is designed to implement all sorts of functions more reasonably by allocating and applying ARM and DSP.And it creates a glass defect detecting software system via the adoption of a new algorithm based on gray level image,making automatic,real time detection on defects realized.The experiment testified that the adoption of dual-core processor based on Davinci technology was helpful to deal with large amount of image data and meet the demand of automatic system detection.
