摘要
针对一阶时延不稳定过程(FODUP)难以控制的问题,提出了基于模糊增益调度内模PID(IMC-PID)控制方法;该方法首先设计不稳定时延过程的IMC-PID控制器,并通过模糊系统的输出在线整定滤波器参数λ,使得参数λ在系统的鲁棒性和响应速度之间取得一个合适的折中选择;仿真研究结果表明,所提出方法使得FODUP系统的目标值跟踪特性和干扰抑制特性及鲁棒性均得到明显改善。
A new method for PID controller tuning based on process model for the first-order delayed unstable process(FODUP) is proposed.A new Fuzzy Gain Scheduling(FGS) method that is based on well-known internal model control adjusts the tuning filter parameter λ while trying to make a suitable tradeoff between the robustness and speed of response in an on-line manner.The simulation results show that the proposed structure illustrates improvements in terms of fast response with less overshoot,small settling time and robustness.
