摘要
针对某导弹通用检测系统故障检测和故障隔离困难等问题,通过对BIT智能设计技术在检测系统中的应用分析,提出了综合采用分布式BIT与集中式BIT的系统BIT智能设计实现方法;根据专家系统技术在测试领域发展趋势,将专家系统应用到智能BIT诊断中,并给出了系统故障结果分析决策方法;系统经实际使用证明,采用BIT智能设计技术满足了系统的性能监测要求,提高了系统故障检测和故障隔离智能化程度,并最终提高了系统故障检测率和故障隔离率,取得了良好的应用效果,带来巨大经济效益。
In this paper,aiming at some difficulty such as fault detection and fault isolation about missile universal testing system,using application analysis about BIT Intelligent Design Technology in the detection system,the realization method of the BIT Intelligent Design adopting distributed BIT and concentrative BIT was given.According to the development trend of the expert system in the testing field,the expert system was applied to the BIT Intelligent diagnosis,and the analyzing methods of the system fault results was introduced too.After using the system,the BIT Intelligent Design Technology increased the system fault detection and fault isolation rate,and brought great economy benefit.
