绵羊关联性牛恶性卡他热的PCR诊断
摘要
绵羊关联性牛恶性卡他热是由绵羊关联性疱疹2型病毒引起的以高热、双侧角膜混浊、流涎和口腔黏膜溃疡为特征的急性致死性传染病。本试验对临床发病的黄牛进行PCR诊断,结果证实其为绵羊关联性恶性卡他热病毒感染。这在国内尚属首次报道。
