摘要
介绍了大口径非球面磨削系统的设计及应用,本文从硬件结构设计和磨削控制策略两方面进行了深入的研究.硬件采用840D数控系统和西门子S7-300H PLC相结合,驱动模块采用最新的611D数字驱动;软件部分由PLC控制和CNC控制共同完成.使系统的性能稳定,提高磨削效率.
The design and application of large aperture aspheric grinding system is introduced,and the in-depth research on hardware structure design and control strategy is carried out.The hardware combines Siemens 840D CNC system and S7-300H PLC,with the latest module 611D digital driver;software consists of PLC control and CNC control together to make the system stable and reliable and improve the grinding efficiency.
