商务部对初级形态的二甲基环体硅氧烷类产品征收反倾销税,少数不法商人以初级形态的聚硅氧烷报关,以逃避反倾销税。本文通过对初级形态的甲基环硅氧烷类产品鉴定的研究,达到进一步区分聚硅氧烷和甲基环硅氧烷的目的,为反欺诈工作打下了基础。
