固相萃取-气相色谱法同时检测出口绿豆中的7种农药残留 被引量:4

摘要 本文采用固相萃取-气相色谱配电子捕获检测器法(SPE-GC/ECD),建立了绿豆中7种农药(毒死蜱、三氯杀螨醇、甲氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯)多残留的简单快速测定方法,检出限1.6~4.2μg/kg,在0.005~0.5μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r在0.9978~0.9998间,在0.055、0.100、0.205μg/mL 3个添加浓度水平上平均回收率在89.5~122.4%,精密度(RSD)为2.68~9.61%。本方法能够减少复杂样品基质的背景干扰,操作简单,分析成本低,检测结果灵敏、可靠,适用于日常工作中大批量出口绿豆农残检测。 A simple and rapid analytical determination method was established for pesticides multi-residues in vigna radiate by solid phase extraction GC-ECD.The detection limites of this method were in the range of 1.6~4.2μg/kg,the linear ranges of the 7 pesticides were from 0.005 to 0.5μg/mL with the regression coefficient(r) of 0.9978~0.9998.At 0.055,0.100,0.205μg/mL,three spiked concentration levels,the average recoveries and relative standard deviations(RSD) of the 7 kinds of pesticide were 89.5% to 122.4% and 2.68% to 9.61% respectively.The method is sensitive and accurate,which can eliminate the interference from other complex ingredients completely.This method is applicable to analyze these pesticides residues in export vigna radiate samples.
