中美住院医师培训工作的比较及启示

Comparison and inspiration of the resident training in China and the United States

美国已经建立了完善、成熟的住院医师培训体系,与我国相比有许多值得我们学习和借鉴的地方。针对目前我国住院医师培训所面临的困境,卫生部门和临床医学院应该在培训基地、培训目标、管理体制上采取一系列的措施进行改革,确保培训质量和效果。

The United States has established a perfect and mature resident training system. There has been much approach and experience to learn and use for reference in comparison with China. According to the difficulties of China＇s current resident training, health departments and clinical medicine should take a series of measures on training bases, training objectives, management system, in order to ensure the training quality and results.
