案例教学法在肿瘤外科教学中应用的实验研究 被引量:25

摘要 目的探索案例教学法(Case based learning,CBL)在肿瘤外科教学中的应用。方法将2004级四个班120名5年制临床本科学生分为两组,传统教学组60名,采用传统教学法进行肿瘤外科教学;实验教学组60名采用CBL模式教学。采用问卷调查及考试试卷分析的方法进行评价。结果问卷调查显示75%以上学生对CBL教学模式满意。实验组学生对肿瘤外科知识掌握情况(选择题、填空题)好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法较传统教学法明显提高了学生的学习自主性、趣味性、积极性及综合能力,有助于提高肿瘤外科的教学质量。 Objective To investigate the value of CBL teaching mode in oncosurgery teaching. Methods 120 clinical medicine undergraduate students were divided into two groups: traditional teaching group and CBL teaching group. CBL teaching mode was carried out in CBL teaching group, while tradition teaching mode was introduced to traditional teaching group. The questionnaires and test paper were analyzed between the two groups and two teaching modes were evaluated. Results The questionnaires showed that more than 75 percent of the students were satisfied with CBL teaching mode. The students in CBL teaching group mastered oncosurgery knowledge better than those in traditional teaching group. Conclusion CBL teaching mode could obviously improve the ability of self-study, the interest, the activeness and the ability of knowledge integration, and it may help to boost teaching quality, and the ability to solve the clinical problems were promoted.
