摘要
人民本位思想是邓小平人学思想的核心和灵魂,以人为本的科学发展观进一步丰富与发展了邓小平关于"人民是目的"和"人民是主体"的重要思想,同时也充分体现了邓小平关于"人民利益是最根本的价值标准"的思想。
The people＇s standard thought is Deng Xiaoping person study thought core and the soul,the scientific development concept further enriched and has developed Deng Xiaoping about ＂the people are the goal＂ and ＂the people were the main body＂ the important thoughts,simultaneously also fully has manifested Deng Xiaoping about ＂the people＇s benefit is the most basic standard of value＂ important thoughts.
