20世纪90年代的美日信息产业对中国的启示

The inspiration to China of information industry in America and Japan in 1990s

20世纪90年代,IT(信息技术)革命带来美国经济的长期繁荣,特别是1995年以后,伴随着信息网络技术的飞速提高,美国经济进入前所未有的大繁荣时代。而第二经济大国的日本,虽然拥有雄厚的资金和先进的技术,却没有注意到信息经济时代的重要意义,陷入了长期萧条之中,迄今仍未能从萧条中走出。着重分析了美国和日本信息产业发展的不同状况、原因,总结经验,得出其对于中国信息产业发展的启示,为中国信息产业的发展提供借鉴。

In 1990s,IT（Information Technology） revolution brought a long-term prosperity for American economy.Especially after 1995,American economy entered into an unprecedented flourishing era,along with the fast advancement of information web technology.As the second economic power in the world,Japan didn＇t realize the importance of information economy era,although it has abundant capital and advanced technology.Japan immersed into long-term depression,and didn＇t get rid of it until now.This paper especially analyzes the different conditions,reasons of information industry development in America and Japan,attempts to sum up the experiences,to inspire the development of Chinese information industry and use for reference.
