河北省文化产业发展的制约因素及对策

Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures on Cultural Industry Development of Hebei Province

近年来,河北文化产业获得一定发展,但仍然落后于东南沿海省市。文化产业组织滞后、科技含量低、投融资体制不健全及人才匮乏等因素制约了河北省文化产业的发展。在对这些制约因素进行深入分析的基础上,提出推动文化产业体制改革、建立创新体系、扩宽投融资渠道和开发人力资源等具体对策建议。

In recent years,cultural industries in Hebei Province have developed to some extent,but still fall behind the southeast coastal provinces and municipalities.Some factors such as the lag of culture Industrial organization,lack of high-tech,imperfect system of investment and financing system and lack of talented person have restricted culture industry development of Hebei Province.On the basis of the thorough analysis to these restriction factors,the following countermeasures are proposed：push culture industry organizational reform,establish innovation system,widen investment and financing channels and develop human resources and so on.
