大众化就业形势下大学生职业意识的培养

随着高校的扩招,我国高等教育从精英化步入了大众化阶段,高校毕业生的就业情况也随之发生了重要的变化。在分析高校毕业生就业大众化的基础上,针对大学生就业中存在的职业意识问题,提出了要加强大众化就业形势下大学生职业意识的培养,并提供了相关的培养措施。

With the expansion of higher education in China,from elite into a popular phase,great changes are also taking place to the employment situation of university graduates.Based on the analysis of the popularization of the employment situation,the writer points out college graduates＇ lack of professional consciousness,puts forward to strengthen the cultivation of college graduates＇ professional consciousness,and provides relevant training strategies.
