基于标杆管理的企业物流绩效管理

Study on Logistics Performance Management Based on Benchmarking

在管理学界,标杆管理被誉为21世纪三大管理工具之首。尽管标杆管理在西方国家得到了广泛的应用,但是我国企业在实施标杆管理中仍存在很多问题。针对国内企业实施标杆管理时认识简单化,缺乏系统性和科学规范指导的问题,以唐山市一家物流企业实施标杆管理为例,提出了企业物流绩效标杆管理模式,为国内企业物流开展标杆管理活动,提高企业物流管理水平提供参考。

In business-management,Benchmarking is known as the best one of the three management tools in the 21st century.Although benchmarking has been widely used in Western countries,there exist many problems on implementing benchmarking in enterprises in China.The paper studies the whole benchmarking process of a logistics company in Tangshan to conquer those problems,at the same time,the paper presents the benchmarking model in logistics management.The author hopes to give some suggestions to improve the levels of logistics management.
