摘要
知识型员工是企业重要的人力资源,构建对他们行之有效的激励机制是促使其发挥活力的重要保障。从知识型员工的特点出发,以管理学激励理论为基础,以激励和约束的双重视角,构建出一套企业知识型员工的激励机制。
Workers who master professional knowledge are important human resources of enterprises,and to create effective incentive mechanism for them is an important guarantee that prompts them to give full play to their vitality.To start with the characteristics of workers with professional knowledge,based on management motivation theory,this paper constructs a set of incentive mechanism for them,with double perspectives of encouragement and constrain.
