摘要
文章系统分析了目前我国私营企业分配制度中存在的问题,针对私营企业中普通员工收入过低、分配不公的现象,提出了按劳动力要素贡献率分配企业收益,并进行了必要性和可行性分析。私营企业实行按要素贡献率分配,对员工、私营企业的发展及和谐社会的建立都是有益的。
This article analyzes on the issue of private distribution system,aiming at the phenomenon of general labour's low income and unfair distribution in private enterprises,it proposed to distribute corporate's income according to contribution rate and the labor factor,and carrying on t analysis on necessity Feasibility of this system.The implementation of this system is beneficial to staff,private enterprises and the establishment of a harmonious society.
