目前各大高校所提倡的创业精神与中国传统文化精神一脉相承、密不可分。在高等教育中大力弘扬中国传统文化中"天人合一、贵和尚中"的和谐精神,"刚健有为、自强不息"的进取精神,"仁者爱人、修己安人"的博爱精神,"重义轻利、见利思义"的义利观,"修齐治平、内圣外王"的人格理想等有利于培育当代创业精神。
