摘要
陈述了地震动力分析的核安全审评依据,分析了在民用核设施的安全审评中关于地震动力分析所遇到的各种不同情况,其中包括支撑介质类型(如岩石地基、非岩石地基、深厚软土层地基等)以及所遵循的规范标准(如中国规范、法国规范、美国规范等)。给出了其中各种典型实例的自然状况以及就地震动力分析的输入问题的审评经验和体会。笔者认为,在地震输入问题上和在HAF0101(1)的执行过程中,尚存在着值得探讨的地方。
The bases for nuclear safety review on seismic dynamic analysis are stated .Some cases,Which have been encountered in the safety review activities on civilian nuclear facilities in the aspect of seismic analysis,are also described herein.They cover different supporting materials,such as rock site,non rock site,deep soft soil site,et,and follow different codes and standards,such as China,France,USA,et.The natural conditions of typical examples,the review experiences and understandings in the safety review activities on them with the aspect of seismic analysis input issues are given.The author holds the opinion that still exist some important issues about the seismic input which need to be reconsidered in relation to the implementation of HAF 0101(1).
