摘要
文章通过梳理企业家精神研究成果,提炼出基于势科学研究理论的企业家精神潜势部分:创新意识、冒险意识、危机意识,企业家的三种意识与企业所处显势环境因素:政府环境、社会环境、行业环境,构建了显势和潜势两个势场,通过维度整合,确定企业家精神的六维和九维势场,从而得出企业家精神与企业外部环境之间的关系。
Through analysis entrepreneurship research, refine entrepreneurship based on potential research. Entrepreneurship is been divided into latent potential and manifest potential, latent potential contains innovation consciousness, adventure consciousness, crisis consciousness, manifest potential contains government factors, social factors, industry factors. These two aspects constitute two potential fields. By dimension integration, determine the six - dimensional and nine - dimensional potential field of entrepreneurship, come to real- ize the relationship between the entrepreneurship and enterprise external environment.
