The Cooperation between Banks and Government is an effective financing mechanism that guarantees the interests of the government, the farmers and the banks, and is an effective means that pushes forward the construction of new sociahst rural communities by perfecting the rural credit system that provides credit capital to farmers and increases their income. It is therefore necessary to take effective measures to overcome the problems existent in Cooperation between Banks and Government in order to put it into practice in a larger scale.
