An Analysis of Village Governance in Recent Years

乡村社区治理是村民自治的新发展,是政府管理职能与社会自治功能互补的新型农村社区治理结构的探索;是公民政治参与程度不断提高,乡村社区治理的主体日益多元化的过程;工作重点是满足农村居民的切身利益需求;工作难点是各种主体间"权力"和"权利"的界定问题。无论如何,乡村社区治理没有统一模式,各地应当在实践中逐步探索、选择适合本地特点的"特色"路径。

Village governance, a new development of villager self-government, is an attempt at a new village governance structure in which the government and social power play a role and complement each other, it is also a course through which participants are getting more diversified. The key is to satisfy villager＇s demands on their own interests; the difficulty lies in how to define the rights and obligations of each participant. Up till now, there has been no universal mode. Each must explore and choose one that suits itserf best.
