教育公平视野下:宁夏农村回族女性教育均衡发展问题的认识与思考

On the Balanced Educational Development of Rural Females of the Hui Nationality in Ningxia

教育实行均衡发展是教育发展到一定阶段的必然要求,每个人都应享有平等接受教育的权利。由于受自然条件、历史原因及经济发展水平的制约,我区农村回族女性教育公平难以提升,表现出一种教育发展的非均衡态势。从农村回族女生的升学率、辍学率等方面显示出了非均衡现象,其现实不容乐观。因此要解决农村回族女性教育公平问题就要从教育理念、教育体系、性别视角本身进行反思,才能实现真正意义上的农村回族女性教育公平。

When education develops to a certain phase, it is necessary to carry out a balanced development; everyone deserves to receive a fair education. Restricted by natural conditions, historical factors and economic development, education equity of rural females of the Hui nationality in Ningxia is difficult to realize. With respect to the promotion and dropout rate, they suffer from an imbalance. To solve the problem, we have to reflect on educational concept, educational system and gender perspective in order to fulfill education equity.
