福州市实施世行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目7年效果分析

Analysis of effects of implementation on WB/DFID tuberculosis control project in the past seven years in Fuzhou City

目的分析福州市实施世界银行贷款/英国赠款中国结核病控制项目7年效果,为结核病控制可持续发展提供科学依据。方法对2002～2008年项目执行情况进行总结分析。结果全市共接诊可疑肺结核病症状者66 618例,发现活动性肺结核病人33 906例,其中涂阳肺结核病人17 359例,涂阳登记率由2002年31.27/10万提高到2008年42.20/10万,涂阳肺结核平均治愈率达88.0%。结论福州市项目工作取得显著效果,实现WHO提出的DOTS覆盖率达100%,涂阳肺结核病人发现率达70%,涂阳肺结核病人治愈率达85%以上的三大目标。

Aim To evaluate the effect of World Bank/DFID Tuberculosis Control Project in the past seven years in Fuzhou. Method The data of the tuberculosis control project carried out from 2002 to 2008 in Fuzhou. Results There 66 618 registered suspected tuberculosis patients,including 33 906 active pulmonary tuberculosis cases and 17 359 smearpositive pulmonary tuberculosis cases. The registration rate of smear-positive case increased from 31.27/106 in 2002 to 42.20/106 in 2008. The average cure rate of smear positives were 88.13%. Conclusion Marked achievements in World Bank/DFID tuberculosis control project have been made. The three-WHO-recommended targets of 100% DOTs coverage of counties ,70% new smear-positive ease detection rateand 85% cure rate had been reached.
