海南省汉族HBV基因型与肝功能关系的研究

Correlation of hepatitis B virus genotypes with liver function in Hainan Han nationality

目的了解海南省汉族人群中乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因型与肝功能之间的关系。方法采用实时荧光聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法对海南省83例HBV阳性而且未进行抗病毒治疗的汉族慢性乙型肝炎患者的血清进行检测和HBV基因分型。结果在83例患者中,B型38例(占45.78%),C型34例(占40.96%),D型7例(占8.44%),基因型B+C混合感染4例(占4.82%),未发现其它基因型。受检者中,基因型C型的患者血清ALT(219.32±58.24U/L)、TBIL(57.74±24.87μmol/L)水平较B型增高(P<0.01)。结论海南地区汉族人群中HBV基因型主要为B型和C型;存在D型及B、C混合感染。C型HBV的感染可能引起更严重的肝脏损害。

Aim To investigate the distribution of hepatitis B genotype in Hainan Province and the correlation of hepatitis B virus genotype with liver function. Methods Eighty-three hepatitis B Han Nationality patients positive for HBV DNA in Hainan Province were investigated. All patients were clinically diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B and none of them received interferon or other anti-viral therapies. HBV genotyping was performed by RT-PCR. Results The prevalent rates of genotype B,genotype C,genotype D and genotype B ＋C were 45.78% ,40.96% ,8.44% and 4.82% , respectively in all patients. The levels of ALT （219.32±58.24U/L）and TBIL （57.74±24.87μmol/L） in those of genotype C were higher than in those of genotype B （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The major HBV genotypes in Hainan are genotype C and genotype B. There are also genotype D HBV and genotype C＋D HBV infections. The liver lesions those of genotype C is severer than those of genotype B.
