自我控制是人适应社会的重要心理功能,是自我心理结构中的重要组成部分。将从自我控制概念的界定以及国内外关于自我控制的理论探讨和实践研究两个方面来介绍国内外关于自我控制的研究成果,并展望其今后的发展趋势。旨在为自我控制研究的发展提供基础,为自我控制的应用研究提供借鉴。

Self-control is an important psychological function that people adapt to the society,and also a very im-portant part of the self.In order to provide the basis for the development of the study and the reference for the ap-plied research,we will introduce the study by two perspectives,which the distinguish of concept of self-control and theory discussion and practical research of self-control,and prospect the trend in the future.
