近年来,唐山市正不断调整产业结构,加快以旅游产业为代表的第三产业的发展,并且唐山市还制定了旅游发展总体规划,来指导当地旅游资源的合理开发和利用。但在开发旅游资源的过程中,有必要对唐山各县、市或区的旅游资源条件进行评价,从而因地制宜地开发旅游资源和发展旅游产业。
