认知范畴框架下英语词汇习得的研究 被引量:3

摘要 认知范畴理论的产生对外语学习提供了更有效的方法,尤其对词汇习得有很好的指导作用。它改变了过去停留在读音、词性、词义、词缀甚至反复的背诵记忆等方法来学习词汇传统方法。本文分析了原型范畴和基本层次范畴理论在英语词汇习得中的应用,从而对词汇有更全面、更深刻的认识,进而真正理解、正确使用所习得的词汇。 As soon as cognitive category theory comes into being,it provides the learners with more effective methods to learn foreign language,especially on vocabulary acquisition.The application of cognitive category theory has changed the traditional method of vocabulary learning which focuses on pronunciation,words classes,meaning,affix,and repeated recitation.The author analyzes the application of prototype category and basic-level category so that the learners can completely and deeply know the words and use correctly them in different context.
