摘要
用脂溶性分数和放射化学纯度两项指标,系统地观察了以EDTA作为交换配体(转移敖虫合剂)时,制备脑灌注显像剂99Tcm-ECD制剂的反应条件及其稳定性。结果表明,用EDTA交换法标记99Tcm-ECD时,放射性浓度对标记影响不大,pH5~8范围宽,容易标记,EDTA用量为360μg和反应体积在2~6mL为宜;99Tcm-ECD在不同pH的溶液中可稳定保存。
In order to improve ECD kit formulation and select the best labeling condition, the radiochemical purity and lipophilic fraction of 99 Tc m ECD in different labeling conditions are observed. The results show that 99 Tc m ECD prepared by EDTA ligand exchange reaction is very stable, the radioactivity doesn ,t influence the radiochemical purity and lipophilic fraction, the best pH limits is ranged from 5 to 8, and 360 μg EDTA amounts with 2~6 mL volume is suitable. 99 Tc m ECD can reserve stably in different pH buffer solutions.
