剖宫产率增高原因分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of Cesarean Section Rate Increased

目的分析剖宫产率升高的原因,探讨降低剖宫产的对策。方法回顾分析剖宫产病例临床资料。结果剖宫产产率逐年上升。结论剖宫产增高的主要原因是无医学指征的剖宫产术增高所致,因此,降低剖宫产率应提高医务人员对剖宫产的认识,及时纠正一些错误的观念,严格剖宫产指征,是降低剖宫产率的关键。

Objective To analyze the reasons for rising cesarean section rate and explore measures to reduce the rate of cesarean section.Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of cases of cesarean section.Results The cesarean section rate of production increased year by year.Conclusion The increase is mainly due to cesarean section without medical indications.Therefore,to reduce the cesarean section rate,should increase awareness of the medical staff of the cesarean section and promptly correct some misconceptions,strict indications,is the key to reduce the cesarean section rate.
