摘要
针织天鹅绒织物是近几年较流行的一种产品.文中通过选用不同的原料、纱支、机号及密度,对E20与E24两种外距的毛圈织物采用不同的剪毛量进行对比,认为大批量生产时宜选用F24的毛圈机编织坯布.同时详细介绍了染整工艺及染料的选用,提出了新产品的开发设想.
Knitted velvet is a fashionable fabric in recent years. Such fabric with varied styles can be achieved by selecting suitable material, fibre fineness, machine cut and knitting density. A comparison is made between fabrics with different shearing amount knitted on E20 and E24 machines respectively . It is considered that a terry machine in gauge 24E is appropriate for commercial production. Dyeing and finishing technology and dyestuff selection are introduced in detail. A tentative idea for the development of new products is proposed as well.
