The Growth Study of Core Competence of Our Enterprise based SECI Model

知识转化是知识管理的重要内容,是企业核心竞争力培育的重要方式,在很大程度上决定了知识管理的成败。SECI模型是知识转化研究领域的重要成果,构建了知识转化研究的权威性理论平台。根据我国企业知识转化与核心竞争力培育的现实性经验,借助于结构方程模型,经验性的分析揭示了我国企业知识转化在核心竞争力成长路径上微观激励性功能,从而为我国企业广泛地开展知识管理战略、大力培育企业的核心竞争力提供了现实性的理论借鉴。研究结果表明:在我国企业核心能力的形成过程中,知识外显化发挥了重要的作用,知识社会化与知识内隐化发挥了一定的作用,而知识组合化的功能最弱,有待进一步开发与拓展;同时,技术能力的成长效应最为显著,管理能力次之,而市场能力的成长效应最低。

The knowledge transferring is the important content of knowledge management, and is the important method to culti- vate core competence, which may determine the success or failure of knowledge management. SECI model is the important result of knowledge transferring field, and build the theoretical authority platform of knowledge transferring. The empirical analysis may reveal the micro-path mechanism of core competence growth from the perspective of knowledge transferring according to the knowledge transferring experiment and by SEM, which may provide actual theory reference for our enterprises to cultivate the core competence. The result finds that knowledge externalization plays a great role in the process of core competence formation, knowledge socialization and internalization is second, and knowledge combination is weak, while technique ability grows up obviously, management ability is second, and market ability is weaker.
