摘要
细胞是人体和其它生物体的基本结构单位,而任何细胞都以一层薄膜将其内含物与环境分开。金属离子及其化合物从细胞外进攻细胞时,不仅可以进入细胞,而且由一部分物质会与细胞发生相互作用。从分子水平的角度综述了金属离子进入人红细胞的方式,以及扫描电镜、红外、拉曼、等方法在该方向的研究成果,这对于阐明细胞对金属离子应答的化学规律,以及今后设计治疗相关疾病的药物都具有一定的意义。
Cells are the basic structure units in humans and other organisms,and any cell to separate the contents and the environment by a layer of membrane.Metal ions can enter the cell or interacte the cell when they attack the cell.A review on the uptake of metal ions by erythrocyte and their transmembrane mechanisms are presented in this paper from the molecular level,Meanwhile,we presented the effects of metal ions on erythrocyte membrane by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),Infrared,and Raman.Further study on the interaction of metal ions with erythrocyte membranes are urgently needed which can help understanding molecular interactions and of great significance for designing relevant medicines.
