摘要 采用超细SEBS、SEBS-g-MAH和ABS-g-MAH对高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)进行增韧改性研究,考察3种增韧剂对HIPS力学性能的影响。同时研究阻燃剂十溴二苯醚、八溴醚分别与三氧化二锑复配体系以及氢氧化镁对HIPS力学及阻燃性能的影响。实验结果表明:SEBS能大幅度提高HIPS的冲击强度,且对材料的其他性能影响较小;阻燃剂十溴二苯醚与三氧化二锑复配体系对超细SEBS的阻燃效果最佳,材料的力学性能最优。 The modification of high impact polystyrene (HIPS) with nano-SEBS, SEBS-g-MAH and ABS-g-MAH was studied,and the influences of the two tougheners on the mechanics properties of HIPS blends were explored. And the influences of decabrmodiphenyl oxide-Sb2O3 ,ocabromoether-Sb2O3 and Mg(OH) 2 on the mechanics and flame-retardanted properties of HIPS blends were studied too. The experimental results showed that the impact property of HIPS was improved by SEBS and SEBS also influenced the other properties of the matrix much less. The flame-retardant system of decabromodipheny oxide- Sb^O~ was the best flame-retardant,and also influenced the mechanics properties of the matrix much less.
