摘要
实验通过熔融共混制备聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/聚己内酯(PCL)共混物,共混物中PCL的质量百分比从10%变化到90%,间隔为10%。实验研究PCL树脂质量百分比对共混物相容性、热性能、力学性能、相形态、熔融及结晶行为的影响。DMA和DSC热分析结果表明:PBT和PCL是部分相容体系,相容性随PCL含量的增加而增加,PCL的加入降低了PBT/PCL共混物中PBT相的熔点,改善了PBT的结晶能力。通过SEM对PBT/PCL共混物的相形态研究表明:PBT/PCL共混物具有两相结构,PCL质量含量为50%时发生相反转。力学性能分析结果表明:PCL能够增韧PBT,但效果不明显。
Blends of PBT and ε-PCL containing 10 % to 90 % of latter in 10 % increment were prepared by meh mixing. Effects of the weight fraction of e-PCL in PBT/PCL blends on miscibility, mechanical property, morphology, melting and crystallization behaviors of the binary blends were investigated. Thermal analysis by DMA and DSC showed that PBT and PCL was partially miscible and miscibility of both increased with the increasing of PCL in blends. The addition of PCL to PBT led to the inching point of PBT decrease in blends and improved the crystallization ability of PBT. Morphology studied by SEM suggested that the hlends of PBT and PCL were biphasic structure and at 50 % of PCL occured phase inversion. Mechanical analysis indicated that PCL could toughen PBT but its effect was not too prominence.
