基于某款车用蓝牙的高光成型缺陷及CAE模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据高光产品成型的特点,分析高光产品缺陷原因及应对策略,并以与企业联合开发的某款车用蓝牙为例,依据高光成型工艺要求,利用Moldflow对其进行CAE模拟和级差分析,反映不同的工艺参数对产品缺陷影响的变化规律,并提出合理工艺参数,从而提高产品成型质量。 According to the characteristics of forming high-gloss products, analyzing the reasons for the high optical defects and coping strategies, and taking self-developed cars with Bluetooth for example, based on high-gloss molding process requirements,CAE simulation analysis and differential analysis were took by Moldflow. The different process parameters on product variation of the impact of defects was reflected and a reasonable process parameters was proposed, thereby, the quality of the product forming was enhanced.
