钟罩式无底蒸化机喂入式成环，采用机电一体化技术，由交流变频调速喂布、光电绝对值旋转编码器环长监测、单片机角度控制仪数据处理、无触点固体电子继电器控制电磁离合器的通断，组成成环系统，提高了成环的可靠性，减少了停台，且工艺管理方便。
