55例口服百草枯患者的急救与护理

摘要 百草枯又名克无踪,对草快.是目前世界范围内普遍使用的有机杂环类速效触杀型脱叶剂和除草剂,其在土壤中能降解成无毒物质.经口摄入20～40 mg/即可致多脏器损害,出现肺纤维化,肺功能衰竭和肝、肾功能衰竭因目前尚无特效治疗药物,急性中毒死亡率极高,各地报道为25%～76%[1].现将我院2007年1月至2009年12月收治的55例口服百草枯的急救和护理情况总结如下.
