Analysis on Effects of Hand-washing Solution on Hand Hygiene and Precautionary Strategies

目的探讨在使用过程中的洗手液细菌污染对手卫生的影响,并对其污染原因进行分析,提出对策。方法从全院随机抽样洗手液、瓶上泵头及使用佳润牌洗手液洗手后的标本,进行细菌培养,并将培养结果做出鉴定。结果未使用的洗手液原液无细菌生长;使用中原装瓶洗手液细菌检出率为14.29%;复用瓶或分装瓶的洗手液细菌检出率为61.70%;洗手液瓶上泵头细菌检出率73.33%;洗手后手指细菌检出率为44.64%;与洗手液或泵头培养出同一细菌的有19例,占手指检出细菌的38.00%。结论手是医院感染最重要的传播媒介,要严格执行《医务人员手卫生规范》,配备安全的洗手设施,提供合格的洗手液,同时要加强洗手液及容器使用中的管理。

Objective To discuss effects of bacterial contamination in hand-washing solution on hand hygiene,analyze the contaminated reasons and propose strategies.Methods The bacterial culture and identification on the cultural results were done in samples randomized from hand washing solution,pump head and after using the Jiarun hand washing solution in the whole hospital.Results There was no bacterial growth in the unused stock hand washing solution,14.29% in the using stock hand washing solution and 61.70% in hand washing solution in the reusable or split charging bottles.The bacteria rate was 73.33% in the pump head and 44.64% on fingers after washing.In 19 cases,the same bacteria was cultivated in the hand washing solution and pump head taking up 38.00% in the cases with bacteria on fingers.Conclusion Hands is the most important vector of transmission in nosocomial infection,specification of hand hygiene for medical staff should be executed strictly,safe hand washing facilities should be equipped and valid washing solution should be provided with strengthening the management of hand washing solution and containers during using.
