摘要
对凌钢3号高炉风口喂线护炉实践进行了总结。通过采取风口喂线、加强对炉缸温度的监测、配加钒钛矿、控制冶炼强度等护炉措施,可以延长高炉寿命。
The practice of feeding Ti-wire for protecting hearth in No. 3 blast furnace of Lingyuan Iron and Steel Company was summarized. The blast furnace campaign could he prolonged by taking effective measures such as feeding Ti-wire through tuyere, enhancing the monitoring of hearth temperature, adding schreyerite and decreasing smelting intensity.
