摘要
采用无溶剂法合成了一种新的含有咔唑基团的α,β-不饱和酮,通过肼类和不饱和酮在碱性条件下反应合成吡唑啉系列化合物,这类化合物在吡唑啉的1-位连有芳香基团,3-位连有N-乙基咔唑,5-位连有呋喃基团,并且通过红外光谱、质谱及元素分析进行结构表征,化合物的荧光测定显示此类化合物具有较好的荧光性,荧光性的强弱与取代基有关。
A novel α,β-unsaturated ketones which contained carbazole was synthesized by solvent-free method,it was used to synthesize pyrazoline compounds with hydrazine,this reaction occurred under the alkaline condition.These compounds contained the aromatic group in the 1-pyrazoline,the N-ethylcarbazolyl in the 3-pyrazoline and the furanyl in the 5-pyrazoline.The structure of the compounds was confirmed by IR,MS and elementary analysis.The fluorescence spectra show that these compounds had good fluorescence,the fluorescence intensity was related to the substituted group.
