摘要
合成了三氨基单体-1,3,5-三(4-氨基苯氧基)苯(TAPOB),利用其和二酸酐单体-双酚A二酸酐(BPADA)反应,制备了端酸酐基超支化聚酰胺酸和超支化聚酰亚胺。通过红外光谱和核磁谱图检测,表明得到了目标聚合物。超支化聚酰亚胺具有中等分子量和较宽的分子量分布,进一步测试表明,聚合物的特征黏度和线性聚酰亚胺相比较低很多。超支化聚酰亚胺保留了线性聚酰亚胺的优良热性能,同时超支化聚合物溶解性能大为改善,在室温下可溶解于常见的强极性溶剂。
1,3,5-tris(4-aminophenoxy)benzene(TAPOB) monomer was synthesized.Through the condensation polymerization of TAPOB and 2,2-Bis[4-(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy) phenyl]propane dianhydride(BPADA),hyperbranched polyamide acid(HBPAA) and hyperbranched polyimide(HBPI) were prepared.Detected by IR,it was indicated that the hyperbranched polymer were successfully prepared.Through NMR characterization,it was demonstrated that the value of branching degree(DB) of HBPI was 100%,illustrating that all amino-groups had reacted.Through GPC characterization,it was verified that the moderate molecular weight polymers with broad molecular weight distribution was attained.The hyperbranched polymers possessed high solubility,reduced viscosities relative to their linear counterparts and good Thermal properties.
