摘要
用复合电沉积方法在黄铜片上制备了碳纳米管/铅锡合金新型减摩复合镀层,对铅锡镀层和碳纳米管/铅锡复合镀层在3.0%(质量分数,下同)HCl、10%NaOH和3.5%NaCl溶液中的极化曲线和电化学阻抗进行了研究。结果表明,碳纳米管/铅锡复合镀层在以上三种介质中的腐蚀电位均有提高,其中,在3.5%NaCl溶液中提高明显,从-0.592 V(SCE)上升到-0.535 V(SCE);复合镀层有更高的电化学阻抗。碳纳米管的添加能提高铅锡镀层的耐蚀性能。
A carbon nanotube/Pb-Sn alloy new anti-friction composite coating was prepared on a brass sheet by electro-deposition technology.The polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of the Pb-Sn coating and carbon nanotube/Pb-Sn composite coating were tested in 3.0% HCl,10% NaOH and 3.5% NaCl solutions.The results showed that the corrosion potential of the carbon nanotube/Pb-Sn composite coating increased in the three kinds of corrosion media,especially in 3.5% NaCl solution,it increased from-0.592 V(SCE) to-0.535 V(SCE).In addition,the composite coating had higher electrochemical impedance.Carbon nanotubes can improve the corrosion resistance of Pb-Sn plating coatings.
