Effect of Heat Treatment on Corrosion Resistance and Mechanical Properties of Ni-Ga-Fe Ferromagnetic Shape Memory Alloys

摘要 研究了热处理对Ni-Ga-Fe系铁磁形状记忆合金耐蚀性能与力学性能的影响。采用电子万能试验机、显微硬度计以及电化学综合测试仪分别测试了Ni-Ga-Fe系合金抗压强度、显微硬度和在3.5%NaCl溶液中的阳极极化曲线。结果表明,室温下铸态Ni53Ga27Fe20合金的耐腐蚀性能最好。经700℃,4 h热处理后Ni-Ga-Fe系合金的耐蚀性能下降,抗压强度值增大,显微硬度取决于热处理后合金的显微组织。 The effects of heat treatment at 700 ℃ for 4 h on the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of Ni-Ga-Fe ferromagnetic shape memory alloys were investigated.Compressive strength and micro-hardness of the alloys were measured by micro hardness tester and multi-function electronic testing machine.The corrosion resistances of the Ni-Ga-Fe alloys before and after the heat treatment was studied by polarization curves in 3.5% NaCl solution.The results showed that the Ni53Ga27Fe20 casting alloys had the highest corrosion resistance at room temperature.The corrosion resistance decreased and the compressive strength increased after the heat treatment of the alloys.Micro hardness of the Ni-Ga-Fe alloys was dependent on the microstructure after the heat treatment.
