档案馆库建设是安全体系建设的基础。如果基础不牢,灾害突发、馆库倒塌,损失将不可避免。因此,加强档案馆库安全;加强基础建设监管;强化制度管理,构筑安全体系,确保国家档案的安全保管,确保人员生命及国家财产的安全是我国档案工作安全体系建设中的关键,必须攻坚克难打基础、千方百计保安全。

If the foundation becomes insecure, disaster repeatedly erupted, the storehouse collapsed, the loss could not be avoided. Therefore, we should recognize that strengthen security of archives storehouse; strengthen supervision of the base installation; intensify system management, build security system, ensure the safekeeping of public archives, ensure life security of staff and security of national wealth are the crucial points to our security system construction in archives work, so we must assault fortified position to lay solid foundation and use every conceivable means to guarantee security.
