摘要
北方地区水库水的温度、浊度和藻含量,随季节或气候变化高低交替,严重影响常规供水处理工艺的处理效果。浮沉池工艺结合了气浮和沉淀的优势功能,可以较好地应对水质变化,其处理优势有:水力负荷高、池体紧凑、截留悬浮固体的效率高、高水力负荷下除藻能力强、出水水质优良且稳定、启动迅速、对原水水质和水力负荷有较强的抗冲击能力等。该文基于投产使用的多座浮沉池的运行参数,分析认为浮沉池工艺在处理北方地区水库水时的相关参数范围是:溶气压力为0.3~0.35MPa,回流比为7%-9%,反应时间为10~20min,表面负荷为9~11.5m3/m2·h。
With the seasons' or climates' change, temperature, turbidity and algal content of water in the reservoir in north China region ahernated highly or low, seriously having the effects on the conventional water treatment processes. The flotation - sedimentation basin process which combined the technology advantages of the flotation and sedimentation features can respond to changes in water quality better. And its processing advantages arc as follows: a high hydraulic loading; a compact pool body; high efficiency and retention of suspended solids; a high energy of removal capability in high hydraulic load; effluent with stable water quality; start quickly and a high capacity against the impact of detoriatcd raw water quality and hydraulic load. Based on the operating parameters of the several sets of flotation - sedimentation basin which were put into use, the parameters of the flotation - sedimentation basin in dealing with water in the northern reservoir are as follows: the dissolved air pressure is 0.3~0.35 MPa; the reflux ratio is 7 %-9 %; the reaction time is 10-20 min; the surface loading is 9-11.5 m3/m2·h.
