摘要
在目前严峻的就业形势下,为保证大学生顺利就业,应建立道德竞争力范畴。通过对大学生就业中道德竞争力的现状进行研究,提出了提高大学生道德竞争力的对策与建议。
The essay holds the view that under the current severe circumstances of employment, we should build up a category of moral competition to guarantee that graduates will be successfuUy employed. Through a study of the present situation of moral competition in graduate employment, the essay brings up some strategies and suggestions to improve it.
