摘要
为探索空间条件对水稻干种子的诱变作用,对晚香糯ZR9纯系的单株种子经高空气球和返回式卫星搭载处理后在地面种植,对筛选出已稳定遗传的矮秆、早熟糯稻突变系航育1号和矮秆、中熟粳稻突变系香粳10号进行了遗传学和分子生物学分析。研究结果表明,2个突变系的矮生性均受1对sd1基因控制。运用50个随机引物对原种ZR9和2个突变系进行多态性研究,ZR9与航育1号之间的多态性为6.46%,与香粳10号为4.05%。研究还显示,空间诱发变异是一种DNA多位点的突变,而非点突变。
In order to investigate the mutagenic effects of space condition on air dried rice seeds,the single plant seeds of pure line of late scent waxy variety ZR9 were carried into space by the high altitude balloon and the recoverable satellite in 1992.The returned seeds and the original check were planted in the fields.Semidwarf early ripening waxy mutant Hangyu 1 and semidwarf middleripening mutant Scent japonica 10 were selected and geneticly stable.Inheritance of dwarfisim and molecular identification by RAPD analysis of the two mutants were conducted.The results indicated that the dwarfisim of the two mutants were controlled by sd 1 gene.The polymorphism degree detected by 50 random 10 mer Operon primers between Hangyu 1,Scent japonica 10 and the original variety ZR9 were 6.46% and 4.05% respectively.The variation induced by space condition was a kind of mutiple site mutation,not a single site mutation.The study gave a reliable example for application of space technology in crop breeding.
