摘要
通过对白肋烟胞质雄性不育系的同工酶和游离氨基酸分析表明,不育系和保持系过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱和活性在营养器官中基本相同,在生殖器官中表现出明显的差异;不育系幼蕾中酶带数和活性显著增大,盛花却显著变小,保持系则与之相反;不育系花器中严重缺乏游离脯氨酸,而保持系中却大量积累;不育系中游离氨基酸总含量也显著降低,其它氨基酸含量变化也极无规律。
Compared with maintenance line,peroxidase isozyme and free amino content in male sterile line of burley tobacco were analyzed in different developmental stages:seedling,flower bud differentiation,alabastrum development and flowering.The results demonstrated,compared with the corresponding maintenance line,differences only existed in the reproductive organ (alabastrum and flower),not in the vegetative organ (leaf).In the alabastra of male sterile line,isozyme bands were much more than those of maintenance line,and enzyme activity was higher,while in flowers less and lower than in the alabasera.During the development from alabastrum to flower,the free proline content in sterile line tended to change from high level to low.The content of total amino acid changed as the same.The content of other amino acids suggested that there was a metabolic disorder of amino acid in the male sterile line.
