单转轮两级太阳能除湿空调运行特性研究 被引量:7

OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS OF A SOLAR-DRIVEN ONE-ROTOR TWO-STAGE ROTARY DESICCANT COOLING SYSTEM

摘要 本文构建实施了一种适用于高温高湿气候的单转轮两级太阳能除湿空调系统。该系统主要由一台5kW单转轮两级除湿空调机组和15m^2真空管空气集热器组成。通过实验测试对其运行特性进行了研究。结果表明,单转轮两级太阳能除湿空调不仅可以有效地实现温湿度处理,提供舒适的空调送风,而且具有良好的热力和电力性能。测试时间内系统制冷量在2.67~4.24kW之间,相应平均除湿量为8.36g·kg^(-1),平均热力COP接近1.0,考虑输配用电的平均电力COP达4.65。此外,该系统可将50%左右的太阳辐射能量转变为空调能力输出。 A solar thermally driven one-rotor two-stage desiccant air conditioning system,which is suitable for being used in hot humid area,has been configured.The design cooling capacity of the system is 5 kW and 15 m2 evacuated tube solar air collectors have been adopted as heat source.The system has been put into operation and its operating characteristic has been investigated.It is found that the solar desiccant cooling unit not only removes sensible and latent heat loads effectively and provides qualified supply air but also possesses sounded thermal and electric performance.Specifically, the cooling capacity of the system is within the range of 2.67~4.24 kW,corresponding average moisture removal capacity is 8.36 g·kg-1,thermal COP is near 1.0,and electric COP,with the power consumption of transmission and distribution taken into account,is up to 4.65.Besides,the system can convert about 50%of the received solar radiation to the capability of air conditioning in sunny day.
